How applications are handled
Applications are used only for recruitment by A M P P & Associates and are handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• Active applications (new, under review, interview, offer) are kept while active.
• Suitable applications with no current opening are kept for up to 12 months from submission.
• Closed applications are deleted 6 months after closing, or 12 months from submission if earlier.
• Applicants who join move to the firm’s training or personnel records.
• An applicant may ask for an application to be deleted at any time by writing to ca.ajmalmpp@gmail.com.
